There are many apartments, townhouses, flats, units and houses available in Port Macquarie. Many of them are close to the beaches and some have amazing views of the ocean or hinterland. Most of the time the houses are on larger blocks than found in capital cities.

Rural property is available outside of the cdb area of Port Macquarie e.g Wauchope, Telegraph Point, Beechwood, Kew, and other out lying localities. Prices have rapidly increased over the last 20 years.
In general there are more opportunities for the purchase of rural properties here than in Coffs Harbour.

Port Macquarie is a beautiful part of the world with a climate that is less tropical than Coffs Harbour. There are amazing, readily accessible beaches that don’t attract thousands of people.
The hinterland is close by and contains wonderful things to do and places to explore.
Education from pre-school through to a two world class universities are available.
Port Macquarie is four hours drive north of Sydney and six hours’ south of Brisbane. It has an airport offering daily flights to Sydney and Brisbane. Twice weekly flights are also available to Canberra.
