After shortlisting, I organise property inspections and viewings. During this stage:

    • I may attend inspections on your behalf (especially if you are located remotely). In this process I take video and provide a report of my findings of how the property meets your list of criteria.
    • Detailed reports, including video, are provided on each property. This includes the condition of the property, surrounding amenities, and neighborhood analysis.
    • I may may also conduct or recommend independent building and pest inspections to ensure the property is structurally sound.

I provide an in-depth property valuation, comparing the shortlisted properties to recent sales data and trends in the area. This ensures you are paying a fair price.
