Moving to a rural property and then establishing a number of businesses in the northern areas of NSW and QLD taught me all the problems that could go wrong.

It is extremely difficult navigating the thousands or so property listings that can be found in any area. Domain lists over 256 townhouse and apartment blocks under construction alone.
