I first became interested in buying and selling real estate when I was 17. I begged my father to let me buy a block of land at Swansea Newcastle for about $25k. He just didn’t get the whole investing in property thing. I stuck to my hobby of designing houses for the rich and famous and dreamed of being an architect some day maybe. But it was the late 70s and boy have attitudes changed since them. I refuse to look at house and land prices now in Newcastle. I also never became an architect because that wasn’t what women did then!!
However I soon found my way to my first block of land at Berowra Heights where I built a lovely home, made good $$ on its sale and then kept being in the right place at the right time ever since. Making good money on my property investments.
There is nothing better than spending time looking at properties for sale on the internet and houses of the rich and famous on YouTube.
