Look for the following when choosing a Buyers Agent:

• Proper licensing and accreditation

• Market knowledge and expertise in your desired location

There will be no shocks in my pricing or service delivery levels. Before you pay 1 cent you will have a full written communication about what you are paying and receiving.

Communication is vital in this process and that communication will be via whatever channels you feel most comfortable with.
